INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
Our individual lessons are tailored to each student. From a 4-year-old humming the tune to a retired college professor, looking for a new hobby - music is for everyone! We will ask you about your goals and aspirations, as well as your musical "likes" and incorporate them into your lesson plans. All of our instructors teach different styles: whether it's classical, jazz, rock, or even opera - we guarantee you'll enjoy the lessons!
GROUP CLASSES
The social aspect of music is its unique trademark! You will not see a bunch of artists happily painting their masterpieces together. For musicians, playing together is the biggest reward for the hard learning Playing with friends, being a member of the team, but also a voice that matters - those are invaluable experiences for developing self-confidence, leadership, and social skills. No matter what is your instrument or age - we have an ensemble for you!
YOUNG CHILDREN PROGRAMS
From birth to the age of 7, that is when music does miracles to a child's brain. Music develops the brain like no other art or science does! Both spheres work out evenly and simultaneously. Cognitive and communicative skills! Ability to compute and ability to empathize. It's truly amazing!
But how to teach a child that small, when all the instruments are so big?! There are so many options, that parents of young children don't know about! See all that we have developed over the years and choose what's right for your family!

LESSONS FOR ADULTS
To keep your memory and mind sharp doctors recommend learning something new, primarily a musical instrument or a new language. And music is the most beautiful language of all! Through music, you express yourself and communicate with others, all while preventing your memory from declining, working on your eye-hand coordination, and oiling those motor skills. Adult students are a joy for the teachers to work with! Whether you played before or want to start now, treat yourself to it and bring the joy of music back into life. MASTERCLASSES AND WORKSHOPS

It's not polite to brag, but here at OMS we are friends with a lot of great musicians from all over the world. We regularly invite them to do the masterclasses and workshops for our students. There is always so much to learn from these accomplished musicians, and simply seeing them interact and play their instruments are always unforgettable experiences. Our past guests included Robert Stallman, Sebastian De Bin, Maxim Rubtsov, and many others. Our unique masterclasses inspire and encourage musicians of all ages.
FREE RECITALS

We stopped calling them recitals a long time ago. There are parties! A Halloween Party, Christmas Tea Party (a black-tie event), and a Theme Party, new every year.
They are free, you can bring as many friends and family as you'd like to celebrate your musical achievements together. It is completely up to whether you want to participate, but performing is a big part of a musician's life and the ultimate goal of learning. There a lot of smiles, sweets, costumes, prized and good times at OMS parties.

SUMMER CAMPS
Our summer camps never repeat themselves and a perfect example of how creative and inventive our teachers are. "Catch the Dragon" "Make Your Own Instrument", "Musical Time Machine" "Rocking Summer" "Plato's School" - just to name a few.
Small groups, qualified staff, ample space, lots of fun! No matter which camp, kids will get to do arts and crafts, play a lot of music, and put on a show by the end of their camp week to wow the parents with their new skills. Check our schedule for this summer!
GIFTED YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP
A few years ago, to honor a friend, who passed too early, Orange Music Studio established a scholarship in his name. Now Tomas Pacha's Gifted Youth Foundation sponsors the most talented and dedicated students with full and partial scholarships and also provides the means of inviting the master teachers, supports student government, and funds community-building events.
The opportunities are equal and open to all of the studio members!

PREPARATION FOR AUDITIONS AND COMPETITIONS
Orange Music Studio Teachers are capable of taking you as far as you want to go on your musical journey. Every year, our students, individually and in groups enter a competition season. We have scored medals and prizes at such internationally recognized competitions as US Open International Competition. VOCE competition, Junior Bach Festival, Greatest Composers Series Competitions, and many more. Students of OMS participate at different festivals and cultural events, open for sports matches and participate in flash mobs.
Academically, 80% of OMS student population participate in the annual evaluation testings, such as CM and others. Students of OMS rank in the top 10% of all the results state-wide. We encourage our students to audition for Youth Symphonies, and over the years helped them secure the leading positions in San Jose Youth Symphony, Golden State and California Youth Symphonies, as well as San Francisco Youth.

No other school has this! in 2020, while on quarantine, OMS older students formed a student government group to secure the connection between all the students while learning online. Various projects were brought to life. One of them is a printed newsletter, that interviews the teachers and students, announces the news and offers contests and games. Free movie and karaoke nights are planned regularly for the studio members and their friends. Group has built a website that offers a safe monitored social network for the students, based on their interests and hobbies.
